Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree
- Three years teaching experience
- Possess exemplary interpersonal skills
- Passion for encouraging students’ academic success

Preferred Qualifications

- Terminal degree
- Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, English, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience teaching in post-secondary settings
- Experience with engaging freshmen during their first year in college
- Familiarity with online instruction/delivery
