Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three or more years experience in a position involving
organizational responsibilities in an academic setting.
- Additional relevant experience may replace education requirement.
- Additional relevant education may replace experience requirement.
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Courses in Business.
- Experience working with students and managing student records.

Summary of Job Duties

Essential Duty

Perform admissions and advisement counseling for prospective graduate students of the A.R. Sanchez Jr. School of Business, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.

Essential Duty

Assist the Dean of the A.R. Sanchez Jr. School of Business in maintaining graduate student records for new and incoming students.

Attend graduate student recruiting fairs on behalf of the A.R. Sanchez Jr. School of Business both locally and internationally. Develop undergraduate and graduate program brochures.

Assist in preparing the A.R. Sanchez Jr. School of Business schedules. Enter student schedules into database.

Organize and conduct presentations (locally and out-of-town ) regarding admissions and academic information of the A.R. Sanchez Jr. School of Business.
