Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree.
- One or more years experience teaching in K-12 or higher education.

Preferred Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience training faculty and staff.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Summary of Job Duties

Essential Duty

Collaborate with the assessment team to develop transparent and meaningful assessment processes for academic programs and non-academic units.

Plan and teach training workshops related to assessment and the relevant software programs.

Offer one-on-one guidance for faculty and staff at every stage of the assessment process.
