Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in applicable field or JD. – Four years of related experience in management.
- Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in compliance, and/or auditing, and/or risk management.
- Experience developing, interpreting, and/or responding to regulatory issues and/or performing compliance reviews and investigations.
- State of Texas Bar License preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure understanding.
